She has over 15 years' of municipal, health care management, consulting and coaching experience with a diverse background of acquired skills and expertise. As a skilled, professional facilitator she regularly incorporates coaching and counselling concepts into effective workshops at the individual and group level. Throughout her career she has led many community engagement projects and facilitated workshops that formed the basis for community-wide, multi-stakeholder plans and projects with measured results.

She has a unique blend of private and public sector experience in health administration, patient services, organizational leadership and development, human resource management, labour and union relations, executive and individual coaching, and staff and stakeholder engagement.

With a background in executive coaching and organizational leadership she uses individual coaching aids and techniques to assist clients to think more critically and creatively. She helps guide clients to identify their unique strengths and values to achieve their definition of success.
